Thoughts:

  • The smashburger I had from Le Smash (Amsterdam) was better. But this one’s still okay. You can smell the burger being grilled when walking past their store.
  • The serving for the Philly cheesesteak fries is plenty for one person

Other Thoughts:

  • A smash burger has a thin patty because the meat has been flattened. This method creates many nooks that crisp up while letting steam pass through.
